You can opt out of receiving promotional email from a Platform managed by Quality CNA/CMA Classes by following the unsubscribe link in those email messages. You can opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Quality CNA/CMA Classes by replying STOP to any message.
You can configure your browser to reject cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is set. However, if you reject cookies, the Platform may not operate properly.
How you can access or edit your Personal Information Some of our Platforms allow you to review and edit Personal Information that you entered. Otherwise, you may contact us at the email address at the bottom of this policy to request access to or that we update, or correct the Personal Information collected by our Platforms. Please note, that consistent with local law, Quality CNA/CMA Classes may retain your Personal Information for auditing purposes, to troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our policies or comply with legal requirements. Please note that we are not responsible for permitting you to review, or for updating or deleting Personal Information that you provide to a third party, including any app, social media platform, or wireless service provider.
Retention period We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Use of the Platform by minors The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Platform.
Sensitive information We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Platform.

Subject to our ability to verify your request, Quality CNA/CMA Classes will correct the Information within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request.
In order to withdraw from a class a student must complete an electronic withdrawal form through Orbund and may receive a prorated tuition refund.
If an electronic withdrawal form is received within 72 hours of enrollment, the student is eligible for a full refund (minus any convenience fees). The request must be submitted in Orbund (see pg. 6) and time stamped within 72 hours of registration/enrollment.
If the official withdrawal form is turned in after 72 hours of registration / enrollment but before classes have begun, a $150 registration fee is NOT refundable while remaining tuition and book fees will be refunded. Online convenience fees will not be refunded. The $150.00 registration fee is included in your initial tuition payment.
If the withdrawal form is turned in after classes have begun the $150 registration fee is NOT refunded and remaining tuition and fees will be refunded as follows:
- Day 1: 50% refund of tuition
- Day 2: 25% refund of tuition
- Day 3: No refund
A full refund will be given if the applicant is not accepted by the school. Also, a student who has not visited the school facility prior to enrollment will be given the opportunity to withdraw without penalty within three days following either the regularly scheduled orientation procedures or following a tour of the school facilities and inspection of equipment. Students who enroll on-line are encouraged to tour the school prior to the first day of class.
Once purchased and provided, any books are considered used property of the student.
All refunds will be processed and mailed to the student at the address provided within 60 days from the withdrawal request.
Official date of termination is the date that the withdrawal request form is turned in to the office.
Once classes have started, if a student is dismissed from the course for a violation of the student conduct policy no refund of tuition and fees will be granted.
